Refund policy

Cancellations 

Our cancellation policy is valid for 1 hour after purchase. Unfortunately after this time has elapsed we cannot absolutely guarantee an amendment or cancellation for your order. If you need to cancel or amend your order contact us immediately at contact@bumble-babies.co.uk.

Returns 

Our policy lasts 14 days after receipt of the items. To log your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase (the order confirmation email is sufficient, or at the bare minimum, the details on the order). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer/sender as there is no guarantee we will receive these items and we will be unable to issue a refund. Please contact us at contact@bumble-babies.co.uk if you need a return for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, must include the original packaging and be in the same condition that you received it. If your returns do not meet these criteria we will offer to send the item back to you or deduct a restocking fee of up to 100% if the item is no longer in resalable condition (if there is evidence that the item has been used or washed).

If the value of the order you are returning is over £50, we would recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We unfortunately can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Always retain your postal receipt as proof of postage.

Exchanges 

If you need to exchange an item please send us an email at contact@bumble-babies.co.uk.

You will be responsible for organising and paying for shipping costs for returning your item. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 5 working days to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We would only reject an item if we suspect it has been used, washed, damaged since delivery or does not include the original packaging.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund despite a confirmation from us please check with your bank as they can take up to 5 working days to process refunds. If 7 working days have elapsed and your refund has still not been processed by your bank please contact us at contact@bumble-babies.co.uk.

Sale items 

In the event that you would like to return one of the items purchased from our multi-buy sale for a refund, the item which is kept will become full price. For example, if you would like a refund for an item purchased in our Buy 1 Get Another 50% Off sale, this will be refunded at half price.
